Anil has worked in the Microsoft Partner channel in New York & Washington DC for several years before returning to India to be closer to his family & start his CRM Practice. His goal is to help companies all over the globe get the most out of their CRM Online deployments.
Before returning to India, Anil was leading the CRM Practice Lead at a Top 1% Gold Partner in New York where he managed several complex CRM implementations and was heavily involved in all aspects of the business from Pre-Sales to Solutions Architecture. Anil has several close colleagues in the Microsoft Partner channel and travels frequently to meet and discuss CRM with industry leaders. Anil also has a strong interest in new emerging cloud technologies that can help companies grow in their core business without costly, upfront IT investments. Anil’s goal is to establish CloudFronts as a preferred partner for our clients around the world for their Dynamics 365, BI & Azure requirements.
Anil holds a Bachelor in Engineering from Mumbai University and a Dual Masters in Engineering & Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York. Anil has spent his entire career working with CRM and related cloud technologies and is heavily involved in setting the company’s strategic direction. He currently resides in the vibrant city of Mumbai with his wife and 2 daughters.
Sunil Dhing is the ERP Practice lead at CloudFronts Technologies leading our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Business Central ERP practices. Sunil is also a certified Chartered Accountant and brings deep financial expertise to our ERP implementations. His passion for leveraging technology to enable organizations better leverage their financial data is what brought him to the Microsoft platform.
Sunil Dhing began his journey with CloudFronts in 2015 as a Senior Functional Consultant in our Dynamics AX practice. Since then, he has elevated himself towards leadership role by helping CloudFronts adopt a methodological approach towards its clients for these many years. Sunil is credited with one of the most significant contributions such as establishing and growing our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations/AX and our Dynamics Business Central set up and is currently leading a team towards delivering excellent projects. Sunil works closely with our Delivery Leadership to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Outside of work Sunil enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. He currently resides in Mumbai with his wife and a daughter.
Sairaj Kalekar is the Marketing Lead at CloudFronts Technologies, leading our marketing department.
Sairaj began his journey in CloudFronts in the year 2018 as a Marketing Lead. Since then, he has been able to successfully lead efforts in establishing CloudFronts as a reputed brand known for solving complex business challenges using Dynamics and Power Platform across its key markets.
Sairaj carries 7+ years of strong experience in B2B branding and marketing, with a great reputation as a critical thinker and creative tactician in the fields of Inbound marketing, Digital marketing, and Brand Conceptualization. He is also certified and skilled in the Inbound Methodology and has been instrumental in developing a flywheel business model for CloudFronts that attracts, engages, and delights the customers. Today, Sairaj’s role has been tremendously beneficial in streamlining CloudFronts’ marketing activities and he continues to lead the CloudFronts marketing team towards achieving its mission.

Nisha Pathak is the HR Manager at CloudFronts Technologies, leading our Human Resources department.
Having commenced her journey in CloudFronts in the year 2020 as an HR Manager, Nisha brings along 10+ years of strong experience in people’s management across mid-sized IT organizations. She possesses excellent knowledge of end to end recruitment lifecycle and managing processes of all components of an employee’s life cycle from ‘Hire’ to ‘Retire’ such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement & processes transition. She is skilled and certified in U.S. IT Recruitment, Payroll Process and LinkedIn Recruitment and has a prudent sense of recruitment of the right people to drive ownership in the organization.
Outside of work, Nisha enjoys travelling, visiting new places to know more about a different culture and people, admiring nature, spreading fitness ideas among the people.
