What is Agile Project Management (APM)?

Agile project methodology breaks down projects into small fragments that are completed in work sessions that run from the conceptualization phase to testing and Quality Assurance (QA). An Agile project is always completed in small sections. Each section is reviewed by the project team and accordingly that becomes a defined goal. These sections are called Sprints. Sprints are generally short, typically, two to maximum four weeks long. This mechanism calls for groups to always stay focused on small tasks and complete them accurately within the stipulated period.

The Scrum Process: What is Scrum?

The Scrum Team consists of a client, the development team and a Scrum Master (Project Lead). More than a methodology, Scrum is an approach towards completing minute tasks and mainly describes a set of meetings, tools, and roles that work in synchronization to help accomplish their goals.

Daily Scrum (Stand up meetings)

The Daily Scrum is a short stand-up meeting that happens at the same place and time each day. At each meeting, the team reviews work that was completed the previous day and plans what work will be done in the next 24 hours. This is the time for team members to speak up about any problems that might obstruct project completion.

Why this is the Best Method?

The Agile Methodology enables teams to release each Sprints they are completed. The main benefit of Agile Project Management is its ability to respond to issues as they arise throughout the course of the project. Making a necessary change to a project at the right time can save resources and, ultimately, help deliver a successful project on time and within budget.

Client’s Role in Scrum

We believe every client is different in terms of working and hence rely on continuous client feedbacks throughout the project delivery process. As the client is the person in charge of the business value of the outcome of the project, our project leads work with you constantly to maximize that outcome for you. As and when required, the team even travels onsite to the client’s location to drive the project towards its completion with excellence.

How do CloudFronts’ Clients Stay Updated?

As soon as you hand over the project to us, it is a common understanding that at a certain point, you would want to know the high-level information related to the project, if not details. So here, we have introduced a concept of Project Status Report which is released weekly and sent on email to all the project stakeholders including the client. This helps the client team and the delivery team to stay on track regarding the progress of the project. The adjoining figure gives you a clear idea about the status report.
