PDF Action in Desktop flows- Part 2

Introduction:

In this blog we will explore two PDF Actions from Desktop Flows.

(1) Extract PDF file pages to a New PDF

Input:

1 -18H

Action:

Extract PDF file pages to new PDF file Extract pages from a PDF file to a new PDF file Select parameters PDF file: Page selection: Extracted PDF file path: If file exists: > Advanced > Variables produced On error •pdf pdf (x) o o Extracted PDF

Output:

(2) Merge PDF Files

Input: The files we have seen in previous blog and this blog as used as Input.

Action:

Merge PDF files Merges multiple PDF files into a new one More_into Select parameters PDF files: Mmages PDF.pdfl% Merged PDF path: OutputPdf If file exists: Advanced o > Variables produced On error MergedPDF

Output:
