What is Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Is it specifically CRM or ERP?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 comprises of CRM and ERP. It depends on your requirement as to what you want, or you can describe your needs and we can consult you.  Briefly, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud-based business applications platform that combines components of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), along with productivity applications and artificial intelligence tools. You can choose any of them or both.

Why should I opt for Microsoft Dynamics 365?

If you consider CRM or ERP, there are 1000 different platforms available like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle. SAP and Oracle are for larger enterprises typically above 10,000 employees. If you are small to mid-sized business, we strongly recommend Microsoft Dynamics for at least 30% ROI.

Also, if you use Office 365, the level of native integration with Dynamics 365 (Power BI, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) is superior in many ways (than salesforce) and contributes to the overall productivity of your users. You work remotely. so how do you deliver?

We already use older version of Dynamics CRM/NAV/AX. Should we upgrade?

We highly recommend you to upgrade your platforms. If you upgrade Dynamics NAV or CRM or AX, you will be taking advantage of improved functionality, new features, and enhanced capabilities. Also, you can boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer service and hence greater ROI.

I am not happy with my existing Microsoft partner – would you help us in this case?
